Send us a message

Pressing Send opens your e-mail app with the message ready, so you keep a copy and we can reply directly. Please don’t attach passports, ID cards or other personal documents.

Getting help with a tool

To help us fix a problem quickly, please include:

  • the name of the tool (for example Passport Photo or Compress PDF);
  • your device and browser (for example Android phone with Chrome, or Windows laptop with Edge);
  • what you expected and what happened instead, and any error message shown;
  • a screenshot if possible.

Please don’t send sensitive documents

Our tools are designed so we never see your files, and we would like to keep it that way. Please do not email passports, ID cards or other personal documents. Describe the problem or send a screenshot with personal details covered, and we will reproduce it with a sample file.
