Saudi Arabia visa, Iqama and Absher photo

Saudi applications use two common photo formats: a printed 40 × 60 mm (4 × 6 cm) photo for visas and Iqama cards, and a small square digital photo (200 × 200 px) for some online portals such as Absher. ScanifyAI has presets for both.

The background is replaced with white, the photo is cropped to the exact size and it never leaves your device. Check the latest requirements from the Saudi authority or your sponsor before submitting.

Is my photo uploaded?

No. The photo is processed in your browser and never sent to our servers.

Is my photo uploaded to a server?

No. Background replacement, cropping and resizing all run in your browser. The photo stays on your phone or computer.

Will the office accept this photo?

The tool produces the published size and a plain background, but acceptance also depends on lighting, expression and the office’s own review. Always check the current rules of the authority you are applying to.

Can I reduce the photo to a KB limit for an online form?

Yes. Under “Crop, size and file format”, turn on the file size limit and enter the KB value the portal asks for before you download.
